Techentin, Goldberg, Germany, on 17 Jun. 1999, by G. Nowald, V. Günter, S. Röper, T. Fichtner and H. Dirks. It was a young without siblings. The bird was provided with a backpack transmitter.

Observed in:

- Gallocanta Lake, Teruel (Spain), 25 Nov. 1999 by JCA and JHM, 8-9 Jan.and 16 Feb. 2000 (by JHM), and radiolocated there from aircraft by JAA on 3 Mar. Picture made by ATo on 4 Feb.00 in Laguna de los Berzosos de Caminreal, Teruel, close to Gallocanta.
